Our buildings come with all the necessary certificates as required. We can take the pain away from dealing with council by using our own private certifiers to help make this process as easy as possible.
Yes, we offer a package where we will take care of the footings, delivery, crane hire and installation of your building. We are there from beginning to end to ensure you get the absolute best of service and quality.
Absolutely, Elite Portable Buildings are engineered with so much strength, they can be relocated as often as required. If you require assistance with moving your portable building, please contact us as we can offer great rates to re–locate your portable building anywhere within Australia.
Of course! We will not proceed manufacturing your new portable building until you have agreed to our fixed price/written quote. At Elite Portables we pride ourselves on customer service and guarantee of quality.

Yes, we can build to any class, generally residential needs to be Class 1A and, we have had many of our customers claim the same government building incentives as a conventional build.
We need all of our staff on site do what we do best, building portable buildings! We do however have some great connections with carport, deck and shed builders. Reach out and we can line you up with quality companies.
