The build then happens at our factory while your site is prepared, rather than one after the other. When it’s finished, it’s transported to you, set down, and connected. You get a home; you don’t get a construction site for half a year.

What it costs
We quote per build rather than publish a figure, because a one-room studio and a two-bedroom granny flat aren’t the same job. What moves the number is size, how the inside is fitted out, how far it has to travel, and what your site needs before the home can sit on it — access, levels, and the services it connects to. The build itself is the part we can pin down early, because it’s a defined scope done on a line rather than an open-ended run of on-site days. Site works are the part worth checking properly before you commit to a figure.

Where is the home actually built?
At our own factory at 16 Nans Road, Helidon Spa — we design and build in Toowoomba, Queensland.
Is it assembled on my block?
No. The home is completed under cover on the factory line and delivered finished. Your block is where it’s set down and connected, not where it’s built.
Does building it under cover make a difference?
Yes. Materials and finished work aren’t exposed to weather part-way through the build, and the job isn’t held up waiting for a dry week.
Do you only build homes?
No — we design and build portable buildings generally, including offices and buildings for schools and businesses, alongside granny flats and tiny homes.
