You end up with a finished, standalone home on your land — kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or two, and a living space, all fitted out and ready to live in rather than a shell you have to finish yourself.Because it’s built in our Queensland factory and then transported to you, the structure arrives complete. What happens on your block is the siting, the levelling, and the service connections — not the framing, the roofing and the internal fit-out. That’s the difference you feel most: weeks of work at your place instead of months.
How it works
First we talk about who’s going to live in it and how you’ll use it, because that decides the layout more than anything else — a rental needs different things to a room for your dad.Then we look at your block: where the building can sit, how a truck gets in, how far it is to your existing services. Access is the thing people forget, and it’s better known early than on delivery day.Once the layout and the specification are settled, you get a written quote. If you go ahead, we sort the approval paperwork, then your build goes into the factory while the site work happens at your end — footings, and getting power, water and waste ready.Delivery day, the building is craned or rolled into position and set down. We connect it up, finish off, and hand you the keys.
What it costs
We’d rather quote your block than give you a number that turns out to be wrong.What moves the price: the size and how many rooms you want, the level of finish inside, how hard your site is to get a truck into, what the ground does to your footings, and how far the connection runs are to power, water and waste. Two identical buildings on two different blocks can cost noticeably different amounts, and it’s almost always the site that explains the gap.The quote you get is written, itemised, and comes after we’ve seen what we’re dealing with.

Why can’t you quote a price over the phone?
Size and finish are only half of it. Site access, ground conditions and how far your connection runs are will change the figure, so we quote after we’ve looked at the block.
Do I have to organise the approvals?
No. Once the layout and specification are settled, we handle the approval paperwork as part of the job.
