Once you’re happy with it, we lock the plan and the build starts in our yard, so your property stays yours while it’s happening.When it’s built, it’s delivered and set down on your prepared site. Final connections — power, water, waste — get made, and you do a walkthrough before it’s handed over. You’ll know what’s included at each stage before you commit to any of it.
What it costs
We quote per build, because the price moves with real things rather than a sticker number. Size is the biggest one: a one-bedroom flat and a two-bedroom flat are different builds, not the same build stretched. After that it’s fitout — what goes in the kitchen and bathroom, flooring, what the finishes are.Then there’s your site. Access for delivery, how level the ground is, and how far the building sits from existing services all affect what it takes to get it in and connected. Send us photos of the spot early and we can flag anything that would add cost before you’re committed to a design.We’d rather give you a number you can rely on than a low one you can’t.
